Alumni Directory

Background

The project of Alumni Directory was initiated under the supervision of our Treasurer, Ritu Rajkumari. The data was collected for phase one during the months of October, 2019 to May, 2020. The first set of data was processed from June to August, 2020. 

The first dynamic alumni directory was published on 15th August, 2020. 

The schedule for phase two is October 2020 to 31st May, 2022.

The schedule for Phase three is June, 2022 to 31st May, 2023

The schedule for Phase four is 1st June, 2023 to 31st May, 2024

Features of the Alumni Directory:

• More than 230+ alumni are listed.

• Name of the Alumni is hyper linked with respective Linkedin Profile/website.

• For privacy reasons, the phone no. and email id have not been disclosed.

Policy for Modification/Updation:

• For modification/updating in the existing directory, please fill this form: https://forms.gle/UCjCMQDbfonN2HeXA

• Any queries with regards to directory can be emailed to alumni.uslls+directory@gmail.com

• Modification will done by end of every month once sufficient no.of requests have been received.

• This is to keep a record as well as to avoid any discrepancy.

Annual Revision of the Alumni Directory:

• The new registration/listing for Alumni Directory will be done annually that is June every year.

The tentative schedule for revision of Alumni Directory is as follows:

• Data Collection for new registration/listing: Every 1st June to 31 May (next year)

• Data Processing - June to August

• Publication of revised Alumni Directory - August
